(3 Ratings)We lived there for over 5 years. Wish there was a zero rating. We moved out and tried to toss garbage or anything in the dumpster. Employees stood outside our apartment all day not allowing us to throw anything away. This was over the span of 12 plus hours. The toilet tank cracked and they claimed we stood on it and broke it. Charged us $120 we are all over 50 so figure that one out. We lived there over 5 years and the refrigerator went out, replaced it with another used one. Shortly after that one broke. The carpet was old when we moved in and after move out they charged us for new carpeting. Management was rude and never seemed to be invested in their jobs. We received an eviction notice mid July after we had already moved into a new place on July 8th. Surprise surprise we were unable to clean the apartment as maintenance wouldn't allow us to throw any garbage in the dumpster. DON'T RENT FROM THEM! It will be the worst decision you could ever make.

I lived here for a year. My Apt was newly remodeled. Unfortunately they never got my screendoor replaced . Bathroom sink was never completely fixed. I had to keep a bucket under it due to the piping not being done correctly. It continued to over flow. Upon move out inspection I had left a message with the office to let them know I needed to reschedule due my grandfather passing away and his funeral being on that day. The next day I showed up and they were already painting and doing other things in my apt. I still had 3 days on the lease that I paid for. I also had some cleaning to do and things to get. I was unable to do that. They ended up charging me for the cleaning. Almost $300 in cleaning. Brand new carpet in that place nothing wrong with it and they charge me $171 to professionally clean it. (id like to see their receipt!) They never pro-rated the days that I had left. I paid til August 31,2020 and they took over the apt Aug 29!!

Moved here May 2020 well managed complex. Very clean with updated appliances. From tree trimming to cleaning the grounds very clean. Great pools and party room, exercise room well lit. Pleasantly inviting staff and matainance. Greg & Al.
