I love my apartment, the location, the view, however the amenities continue to be sporadic. The laundry facilities are never in working order. I've been without water or hot water several times and no compensation financially for the inconvenience. Recently the pool has been under repairs... several times. Never completely fixed. Again never financially compensated. Yet the rent continues to go up each year. I'm frustrated to the point of wanting to buy a condo amid not having to deal with Bigos management.
They are horrible management. They charge us for an old carpet and then said that the carpet life expectancy was 2 years so that`s why we have to pay extra money for it. We stayed there for a year but because of the management, we decided to move. And I am glad we moved on. I request everyone think twice before going to check out those apartments. Find another place and have a peace of mind. Stay away from those scammers. Also, they claimed that they donated our bike when it was locked and they bike location of the parking lot, they said they couldn't reach us but had no proof of any contact. Think twice before you sign up with these people. Extra they took out of us equals $840.
Excellent facilities. Parking ramp could be upgraded to be a bit better. The up / down ramps are tricky.
Rent is quickly increasing annually (higher than annual increment in salary which is ~ 2-3% in USA) over the last couple of years now and it has to stop.
I live in the town homes located right on the rooftop and have complained numerous times about rowdy, and unsupervised children running around right next to my balcony as well as hanging on it sometimes. I was told there would be a news letter email going out as well as signs saying children under 16 would need to be accompanied by an adult, yet neither has happened yet and that was over a month ago.
Picture panoramic views and really good times from a 36,000 square-foot green roof right in the heart of downtown St. Paul.
