I love my apartment, the location, the view, however the amenities continue to be sporadic. The laundry facilities are never in working order. I've been without water or hot water several times and no compensation financially for the inconvenience. Recently the pool has been under repairs... several times. Never completely fixed. Again never financially compensated. Yet the rent continues to go up each year. I'm frustrated to the point of wanting to buy a condo amid not having to deal with Bigos management.

Rent is quickly increasing annually (higher than annual increment in salary which is ~ 2-3% in USA) over the last couple of years now and it has to stop.

I live in the town homes located right on the rooftop and have complained numerous times about rowdy, and unsupervised children running around right next to my balcony as well as hanging on it sometimes. I was told there would be a news letter email going out as well as signs saying children under 16 would need to be accompanied by an adult, yet neither has happened yet and that was over a month ago.

Great location awesome staff! Only issue is the parking ramp has low ceilings and narrow turns. The ramp is difficult to navigate for trucks.
