While the unique floorplans of Crosby Pointe are very nice, and, for the most part, it's a pleasant place to live, there are quite a few issues with it, as well. The building itself seems to have some interior issues - the pipes make a lot of noise when upstairs neighbors run water - not just water noise, but cracking and thumping noises that are very loud. Continued in next field.

I do love living here - management is willing to help out with any concern and I like how they keep the place looking so nice.

Bob the maintence man is the greatest. There is nothing he can't fix and do it with a smile fast! Without him this place would be in shambles.

This is a lovely building, though parts of it are showing its' age. I worry about the rain water seeping into various parts of the building due to improper drainage angles around the building. The people who live here are very nice and the staff is friendly, helpful and polite. The landscaping in the front and back of the building is very beautiful.

This apartment complex has a lot of great ammenities and a nice staff. The problem with this complex is that they only do cosmetic upgrades. Updated gym and whirlpool but old plumbing and ventilation system. So the gym floods after every rainfall and the whirlpool ceiling is leaking condensation and the chlorine fumes are so strong that a person can only be in the room for 10 min. We had our apt upgraded..nice upgrades, sloppy construction (holes in cupboards, improperly cut counters)
