This place is absolutely horrible. The only plus is that it's close to the high school. The office is impossible to to get ahold of, I'm actually trying to search for a phone# now. Lawn care and snow removal are a total joke as well. Nothing redeemable about this place at all. Worth checking out Woodlane Place instead same floor plans and emergency maintenance, which Courtly does not have.

The complex is very well-kept. There appear to be lots of families living in the area. There are lots of opportunities for outdoor activities.
