City Gables has one 1BR and 2BR floor plans to choose from? Our 1BR prices for what we have available, will range from $880 to $1015? our 2BR/1BA (B-1) from $1050 to $1300? the 2BR/2BA (B-4) from $1100 to $1300... our 2BR/2BA (B-7) prices will range from $1150 to $1400? Keeping in mind that all prices depend on which style, floor, floor plan and view comes available : )

We are 5 blocks from U of M St. Paul, and 5 miles from U of M Minneapolis? There are many Metro & UofM Campus Bus stops within blocks of our door.

- Each apartment gets one FREE underground, heated assigned parking space (with additional free parking in our spacious above ground lot );
- Free use of the clubhouse { The Clubhouse is a full blown community room with all comforts of home, including FREE cable and wifi}.
- Each floor has a Laundry Room, Trash Chute and Storage Room with FREE storage locker.
- Our Pet Policy is Cats only. No dogs. Pet Deposit is fully refundable $150 Pet Deposit; $25 Pet Fee per month.
- Each building has an elevator, which is centrally located.
- Each apartment pays their own utilities. Residents pay 100% of the electricity. Residents pay 90% of the Water, Trash and Gas (heat). Depending on weather, the bills do peak & valley ? $45-$125/month depending on usage (( Gas & Water allocations are calculated by # of days in a month, # of occupants and square footage )).

Manager & staff are very helpful. Would rate excellent but a few things that have been promised have not yet happened (remodel, etc.). Would like some more security updates after recent issues - i.e. automated entrance vs. keys, security cameras in garages, etc.
