QUALIFIERS: Credit Score 670+; Income qualified at 3x?s the Rent amount; Clear Background Check; Good Rental History.

$300 Security Deposit (on approved credit; pending application decision)... $600 if Co-signer needed? Any Co-Signer has to be blood relative and live in the state of MN? Having NO Credit, will not qualify, so plan ahead if you need a Co-Signer.

I have lived at City Gables for 12 years and have always been pleased with the fast response to any problem I have had. Also, the common areas are always clean and the atmosphere is friendly.

Manager & staff are very helpful. Would rate excellent but a few things that have been promised have not yet happened (remodel, etc.). Would like some more security updates after recent issues - i.e. automated entrance vs. keys, security cameras in garages, etc.
