10 Reviews for Ames Lake Neighborhood Apartments
All Staff are friendly.. Thank you for all you do!!
I love the location the only thing is the complex in the front ofmy building not owned by Ames lake
Work orders are done promptly and courteously. The roads are kept clean. We appreciate the 1 week advance notices when work is to be done in the parking lots and streets as this allows us to plan ahead of time. The fliering of information at each apartment at night is a great way to disseminate information. Concerns: our exterior entry way into the building remained without a lock for four months. Snow plowing is not done appropriately by 7am. People have fallen, but no serious injuries...yet.
There have been a lot of people walking around the neighborhood between the hours of 12 - 3a.m., yelling and talking extremely loud.
mangement is rude, they don't care about therer resident. Buildings has roaches.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
