Shelard Village is a good place to live. It is in a great location and is fairly updated given the price range.
I am happy living at Shelard Village Apartments though I do think there are some items management could improve upon. I am disappointed that on at least three different occasions I tried to stop in the office during hours but the sign says they're closed or they'll be back in 20-30 minutes etc. Also parking in underground parking smells like garbage as the parking is in extremely close proximity to where residents dump garbage and recycling. I also would like to see more visitor parking spaces.
I was a resident before the recent upgrades and am very impressed with the changes around the building. It is always clean and full of seasonal decor, like at a hotel. And maintenance if ever needed responds promptly.
