Have been living in this apartment for last 2 years. Pros and Cons are given below:
Pros: 1. Excellent location if you are working in downtown. On Metro Transit bus line and bus available to downtown every 30 mins.
2. Excellent maintenance stuff and very prompt.
3. Decent size of the room. Granite top kitchen and bathroom. Central AC and heat.
4. Beside park and small walking trail.
Cons: 1. Pricy.
2. Utilities bill come based on the apartment size. So you do not have control on electricity expenditure. This is the worst part living in this apt.
3. Parking space is limited on the South side of the apartment. If you get apartment is south side and park on north, you have to walk long.
4. Covered Garage space is pricy. $60 per month.

Overall I would say decent place to stay.

Management turned over all the time. We were sent to collections on a bill I asked multiple times about. Received no communication from the property manager. All of a sudden, we get a letter from a collections agency. After a long time, it finally got resolved. But property manager never responded to phone calls. It took me threatening legal action for them to clear the issue up immediately. We had neighbor dogs pooping INSIDE the building. Asked management to step in, did nothing. I tweeted about it, and IMMEDIATELY things got taken care of. Sadly, parkone cares about FUTURE tenants. But once you're living there, they don't care about you.

we went to check a 2 bed room out they place was a mess my friend almost fell though the deck
