The staff is pleasant and the building is kept up well. While there are some issues with minor things (like a garage door not working sometimes or a fire alarm going off), the building is older and has many residents so some of those things likely can't be avoided. In general, it's a clean building with nice amenities and a good size apartment at a reasonable rate for the market.

Management team is outstanding with keeping residents informed and up to date. Maintenance is always on time with work orders. The property is well kept.
