we have lived here for 4 years and 2 years with new company we love it we have the creek be hide us and there supper nice about everything. wish they would have but in 1 more bathroom but its all good
I moved here in April of this year and so far have had a really good experience. The apartments are a bit on the small side but they're an excellent deal considering what you pay. I shopped around a lot before I moved, and this was the best priced 1 bedroom with all the amenities I wanted in the area. My apartment is extremely quiet, I can really only hear my neighbors when I'm in the hallway or stairwell. I also have a 40lb dog who occasionally barks, but when I first met the person living next to me she didn't even know there was a dog in my apartment. There's also a great little creek behind the complex that is great for walking my dog. The office staff has been helpful. They send out a notification if a package has arrived for me and hold it at the Clubhouse until I can pick it up. Parking in the lots is free, which is uncommon to come by these days, and they also have garage spaces available for rent. Sometimes I'm not getting home until 10pm and I've rarely had a problem finding a spot in the lots, and if I do there's always plenty of street parking throughout the community. Occasionally I might need to walk a few yards, but once again, its FREE PARKING. Of course this place isn't perfect but I have enjoyed it so far and would definitely recommend it to others.
Nice enough property but not worth the new rent prices. Buildings have thin walls (can hear neighbors talking) and are poorly insulated (my bedroom is 15 degrees cooler than the hallway). However, the worst part is the management. They say they'd like to hear your concerns but all you get is deflection and no real change. The property manager (Robin) is rude and doesn't take responsibility for issues at the property. As a young professional, I don't recommend this location to anyone...it will only be a headache.
This looks to be a great place, would like to have more information on a two bedroom look forward to hear from you
PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING!!!!! ITS ALL FACTS!!! My car was towed twice resulting in paying $700 then they gave me TWO WEEKS NOTICE to decide whether or not to go from paying $850 to $965 with no improvement to the property. Who cares if the club house is nice we dont live there. IF U WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY RENT HERE
