My husband and I have been living here for about two weeks and love the apartment so far! It is a pretty good deal and is in a very convenient location. A few frustrations we have had so far is that there is no assigned parking, so we sometimes have to park on the opposite side of the building. Also, utilities are not included and we were not informed of that until as we were signing the move-in documents. However, we are very excited about their pool!

This place is a joke. Worst management company! The amenities listed arE inaccurate. You have a fridge and stove and loud, old a/c unit. They don't care at all about tenant needs nor do they have a clue what customer service is. They are meeting the minimum requirements of a landlord and that's it. There are tons of Apts out there that actually offer amenities. On top of all thathe they believe they can enter your apartment whenever they want. They also don't manage the property. If you need assistance when the office is closed, you are instructed to call police (noise, loitering, etc). Avoid!
