Most irresponsible Management company you'll come across. They DO NOT comply with any part of the lease or tenant handbook and once you move in, you no longer matter to them. The building is very old and run down and they can't keep up with everything that is breaking down. This is the worst place to live. Check out Goldmark Property Management on Facebook, they have horrible reviews in every state they manage property!!!

They staff is pretty good, for the most part, but parking sucks. You can get towed at nearly any point for the stupidest thing, resulting in $250+ wasted in getting you car back. The pool is not heated and is closed most of the time. The management takes very little accountability for any of the upkeep. However, the maintenance people are amazing and quick. And not a very inviting community. Overall, good if you're desperate, but I would never consider living here otherwise.

The water is bascially always off..needs to shevel parking lot more on snow dats and put down salt durning snow days.
