This apartment complex looks like it suited for small single families or people just starting out getting on their own. The landscape and lawn looks like it's well taken care of and the landscaping looks well-maintained. There is a on-site parking that's convenient plus one stall car garage is upon request. This location is close to downtown close to Highway 10 in St. Cloud Minnesota and public transportation is provided with local bus stop down the street. These apartments look like they would fit my needs and I think I would enjoy living here. Although there were not any exterior amenities I think these apartments are for people in the business and work area.
