This place is overpriced for what you get - a fairly small basic apartment with terrible sound proofing. You will be able to hear neighbors yelling through the walls and from outside. Noise is particularly bad from above as you can hear pretty much everything (closing cabinets, washing dishes, dropping things, moving chairs, even walking at times). There's plenty of dogs barking and doors slamming as well - not to mention the noise from the construction going on across the street. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
you will not get what you pay for. this place was built very poorly then was bought out by new management and they made it look nice. the things that matter are junk. i just paid an electric bill of $130 and i hardly ran the heat and when i did it barley kept up. since the new management they have increased rent by $400. They will be building 4 more units right next door so prepare to hear that all the construction.
Ultimately, the apartment isn't worth the rent they charge. A wall unit provides heating and cooling, but is inconsistent and the temperature in the apartment fluctuates considerably. The materials used for countertops and cabinets are fine, but by no means "luxury," and floorplan makes the apartment feel smaller than it should. For less than $100 more per month there is true luxury housing availbe with central air and included parking. It's not a bad apartment, but you won't be getting what you paid for.
Love where we are at and everything that comes with the rent.
I had to live through renovantions, without any consideration to my schedule our payments. I had constant disruptions and felt very disrespected. I moved there looking for peace, and did not get that. I was so happy to leave, I even left early and continued to pay rent for an empty apartment. I'd like to think it's better for those who moved in after renovations - but who knows. I have a sour memory there towards the end. Half of the management team was very accommodating, the other half I'm ok with never interacting with again.
