I've lived at this apartment complex for two years. During the course of the first year, my apartment flooded due to a broken pipe in the ceiling. I had previously reported the issue of water spots on the ceiling from dripping and the issue was deemed "resolved" until the pipe burst over my bed in the middle of the night. I was informed that it would be recommended for me to stay somewhere else while industrial fans aired out my residence and had to argue with management for alternative living space to be provided. Additionally, I had to argue concerning rent abatement for the damages and cost of moving.
At the end of my first year, my rent was increased $150.
Over the course of my second year, there has been an infestation in my building with cockroaches. Pest Pro has only been to the residence twice. Rent was increased again $150.
Specific staff are condescending and rude. Have had heating issues all winter without a decrease in rent as compensation. Over 8% rent increases even though the flooring is cheap and warped, and the walls are so thin you can hear conversations and animals whimpering. Parking lots are over crowded, no assigned spots, so dont get back late. In general, not worth the over inflated prices. Go to a new build for the same price and have parking.
Toured today and immediately fell in love. Seems like a great place to be -- will certainly update the review after living there for awhile. Apartment spaces seem like a great deal for the price.
I walked in and received some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life from the outstanding rental office personal named Lydia. She showed me every perk and charm about living in these luxury apartments, she even to in account that I just had a major surgery and took her time when showing me the whole residents. Lydia is a true gem and she sold me on the place and that was my first stop, in fact she could probably sell ice to an Eskimo! The beautiful apartment lured me and Lydia ' s excellent customer service had me signing the lease!
Amenities are great, but they continued to have MASSIVE rent hikes after living there for a year. Parking is awful. And don't expect to get your security deposit back- they give you no direction whatsoever when it comes to moving out and then just eat up your deposit from things they "supposedly" told you to do before turning in your keys. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
