Stay far away from this complex! They staff there is rude, terrible at customer service and never responds to Voicemails or email. Also you won't see your security deposit back. When you move they charge for totally unnecessary cleaning fees. Also the staff will lie to you and make an excuse for everything it was a horrible experience here.

Terrible management. This place should be torn down. I lived here for 4 years because it was cheap and the location is convenient with quick highway access. I was too busy to relocate, but I should have moved out on day one. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else. There are major plumbing issues, bugs, mold, package theft, cars constantly being broken into, cops called frequently, fire alarms being pulled requiring late night evacuation, power outages, broken washer/dryers, unsecured doors, overflowing dumpsters. The amenities are always broken. And the management does not care whatsoever. In fact, if you tell them something is wrong they will just get defensive. They made multiple accounting errors on my bill, then told me I paid late. I had autopay, but because they never updated my renewed lease amount in the computer, they undercharged me the first two months of rent. When I told them my bill was incorrect, and they said dont worry about it. Five months later they said I owed them plus five months worth of late fees. Trying to negotiate with them is like arguing with a rock. The leasing agents and manager are all incredibly condescending and rude. They acted like I had intentionally shorted them on rent. I made several times the rent in a month, I had no reason to pay late. Long story short, I took my money elsewhere. I moved to apartment owned by Stuart Co in Edina. Best decision I have ever made in my life.

Its sad. Its sad how awful these apartments are. Its hard to breathe in this building for mold is in every corner. But trying to clean it doesnt work its within the other apartment units. We have talked to the others they have issues beyond belief. This is very hard to live in. Life is hard and money is harder to get since inflation and on top of that its the rent, it goes up every month you live here and you start to get where you cant afford to eat and survive on top of breathing mold at night. Lovely to see how bad some places really can be and still pass inspection. Makes you wonder doesnt it?

Me and my girlfriend rent one bedroom apartment when we move in to the room we started have difficulty to breath mostly at nights and there was a funky smell so I figured was the carpet one day we wake up bleeding blood from our nose we ended having asthma due to the carpet we spoke to the office and they didnt do anything about they excuse was that they clean the carpet and the apartment every time someone move in so I ended buying a carpet cleaner vacuum and I started cleaning the carpet for more then two days 6 times at least per day. The carpet didnt get any better hair from animals and urine was still coming out the carpet since the present day we ended buying air purifiers for the apartment and we still having problem to breath we went back to the office showing the pictures and the answer was the same thats not our concern the best we can do is clean the carpet plus when you walk in the apartment there is a urine odor that is coming under the laminate floor this apartment are not in living condition due to the health problems they have management doesnt take care of they renters needs not even due to a health issue please be aware.

They will nickel and dime you and if you ever, refute those they will point you to the 57-page lease that legally allows them to nickel and dime the residents. They mandate you have renters insurance. We have had it for the past 12 months. and they still continually charge us a fee because they say we do not have it. When we talk to them about it they say it is a third party that checks our insurance. We have even provided proof that we have it yet they still charge us a monthly fee for not having it. Moved up here from the southern United States and I can tell you that Minnesota nice does not apply here. The owners are greedy. We are leaving to buy a house and that cost us $2500 to get out of our lease. I hate to say it but that is the best $2500 I will ever spend.
