I went in for a visit today and was greeted by an awesome concierge named Chip. I was introduced to my touring agent Michelle. She was awesome! Very knowledgeable of the property and the amenities were outstanding. I want to move in by August 2018. They reviews I see worry me. I am hoping more reviews are posted. Reviews report No parking and increase rent every year by $150 is a big ouch and huge concerns!
No star.... Amenities are great, just with the outlook they manage to get in people. People would love to move in here but won't prefer to stay in after one year. They continued to have MASSIVE rent hikes after living there for a year. Parking is awful.
I've lived at this apartment complex for two years. During the course of the first year, my apartment flooded due to a broken pipe in the ceiling. I had previously reported the issue of water spots on the ceiling from dripping and the issue was deemed "resolved" until the pipe burst over my bed in the middle of the night. I was informed that it would be recommended for me to stay somewhere else while industrial fans aired out my residence and had to argue with management for alternative living space to be provided. Additionally, I had to argue concerning rent abatement for the damages and cost of moving.
At the end of my first year, my rent was increased $150.
Over the course of my second year, there has been an infestation in my building with cockroaches. Pest Pro has only been to the residence twice. Rent was increased again $150.
Specific staff are condescending and rude. Have had heating issues all winter without a decrease in rent as compensation. Over 8% rent increases even though the flooring is cheap and warped, and the walls are so thin you can hear conversations and animals whimpering. Parking lots are over crowded, no assigned spots, so dont get back late. In general, not worth the over inflated prices. Go to a new build for the same price and have parking.
