Parkview East Apartments
Call for hours
So, I moved here from Baltimore and thought great, everything is at your fingertips -- but not really. Upon moving in and after paying 1000 down on my animals, I get a dog park that is filled with mulch and not much else. It is a big wide open mulch pit for animal. They poop brown and the mulch is brown -- try doing that night. And, oh hey, what about having an AC unit in the wall that does not reach back into the bedrooms and yet they told me it would cool the entire place -- well, that is if you want the living room at 60 and the bedroom at 78 degrees. And then there is the parking-- don't ever have a guest because they only have two spots and there is never an extra place. And how about having your windows open in the summer only to have the grills below your window. I am allergic to the smoke and a vegetarian. So, I cannot even open my windows. So, I am roasting with the heat and cannot open windows and I pay 1470,00 per month! I asked the manager to allow grilling up until 9 pm and then ask grillers to use the end grills that are not near windows and she said people don't like too many rules and she won't do it. So . . . . DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!
This place is a dump with poor management take your money elsewhere!
This community was a great place to live. I was sad to have to leave, but I received a transfer for work. People were very friendly, management is very communicative and helpful, the building is kept clean and tidy as well as the grounds. I'm going to miss the place. Great place to live! Very spacious too.
Dump, not luxury! Take your money somewhere else!
The management is a joke. No idea how to approach people about problems or issues. Getting around 20 emails a month for stupid stuff. No idea how to take care of the grounds. The maintenance guy came up to fix our towel rack and asked me for a screw driver! He basically just put the towel rack back into the holes it tore out of and said "Call us if you have any issues." My wife showed me and I literally just had to touch it for it to fall back out again. You're policed 24/7 by the manager's little cops. Take your money somewhere else. Everything is cheaply built and installed and they like to put bandaids or deny that something doesn't work.
