Worst place to live ever. No concern for your safety. It is not pet friendly or kid friendly or come to think of it people friendly. Yuck.

I would never rent from this place. You cannot even get in the door because of the snow.

Don't hold your breath for them to do anything they are supposed to do. They take your money and then do nothing to allow residents to get to the dog park. If you think this is dog friendly, think again.

Can I just tell you that this is worst place ever to live? The AC unit is supposed to cool the entire apt -- yeah, if you leave your doors open. They care for NOTHING outside -- no snow removal except for the occasional parking lot plow job you can forget steps or the dog walking area. In fact, good luck finding a place to walk your dogs . . . unless it is in the street, there is no property here. You are out of luck.

We are very sorry to hear you've experienced concerns and want to assure you we take all feedback regarding our community very seriously. We would like to take this opportunity to share with you the many changes that have been made and what our team has done to ensure our resident's satisfaction. One of the biggest changes has been partnering with Village Green and working diligently as a team to provide best in class customer service. This internal change has spread outward to the community to include some procedure changes. Currently, if there is more than 1 inch of snow, our snow removal team does a sweep of the lot, and residents don't need to move their cars. If we receive more snow, we notify our residents, and allow them 24-48 hours to move their cars before the snow removal team returns for a full clean-up. This occurs when it snows more than 4 inches; the snow removal team will clear a path for emergency vehicles, return when it stops snowing to clean up driveways and sidewalks, and then, return within 24-48 hours to do a full edge-to-edge plowing. Our community trashes are picked up Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, including our first-floor recycling area, and our smoking policy prohibits residents from smoking in non-designated areas. Any resident who is found in violation of this policy is given a warning before further action is taken. Our community is pet-friendly and residents are required to adhere to pet policies. With that being said, we understand the winter season can be hard on our resident's furry-friends, and if accidents occur in common areas, our service team is on hand to help with clean up. Park View East Apartments 14450 Rhinestone St NW, Ramsey

After paying 1540 per month and 1500 down for dogs . . . How about having a barking dog underneath you for three months that when I told management they said that it is an animal friendly complex . . . yes, seriously? If it was so animal friendly, tell me why there is only a poop pit for animals that no one bothers to plow so it is really two feet of snow that your animals can jump into and attempt to use. How about no actual property to sustain the animals on? No, that is your excuse for not doing your job. The words I hear are "We are a dog community" when a dog is incessantly barking and yet the pictures here show that no snow removal is done in the pet area and as you can see pets just use the entryway at the door to do their business because that is all there is. People then track that back into the building and into their apartments. There is a $25 per month pet fee yet our pets are relegated to whatever tiny area there may be that is in the middle of the parking lot basically. Some animals just go in the elevator or the hallway, but hey, it is a "dog community" lol. The trash cans have not been emptied in weeks and they are full of poop bags. Now, you cannot even get to them. There is not one trash can that is not covered in snow for us to use except the one that is in the non-usable dog park. The parking lot is still a sheet of ice. The stairs have NO SNOW REMOVAL so my Boston hurt his leg because he fell and he is not a young dog . . . yep, dog friendly place . . . uh huh, sure. What happened to Minnesota nice because this is not even as nice as Charm City (Baltimore).

The appliances are the cheapest. The washer is not a washer unless you use it twice. It does no real cleaning. The doors consistently do not close so don't think it is a secure building even though advertised and of course the web site says luxury. Well sure, if walking in pee and poop is your idea of luxury then this is it!
