The grounds are beautiful. The amenities are fabulous, well better than average. The office staff is friendly kind and efficient. They have always followed through. The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner. It's just a little too expensive.

My satisfaction with Vicksburg Village wanes daily. Initially the apartment complex seemed a desirable place to live, and the management team was easy to work with. This has slowly dissolved in the three years that I have resided here. The rent continues to creep skyward, but the value received in exchange plummets.

Very happy with service and the apartment. One key item should be improved upon and is a safety concern during the winter: The primary exit onto Rockford road should be better maintained during the winter - ice can build up making it difficult to exit quickly (important with high volume cross-traffic) and high piles of snow can make it difficult to see the cross-traffic flow/cars.
