There's a lot with this place that I don't like I have been here for over a year and have had to deal with the cops being called in the middle of the night to break up a fight between other residents more times than I can count. The place is kind of shabby, the halls always smell like cat urine Rugs in hallways sorely need to be washed. I can't tell anymore if they smell like human or animal urine. We also pay Soo much for rent compared to other yet the building could use a lot of updating. The office seems to be closed a lot or has shorten hours and office aren't enforcing rules or they just take it out of the lease as a rule completely. Not to mention the garage walls that were just repair part of the construction are getting Covered with Mold once again. the gym should have better weights. Suggestion: exchange the bike for an elliptical. Chlorine levels in the pool are too high. Sauna sanitation is questionable.

We had a very frustrating situation occur that could have cost us thousands. We needed to end our 2nd year-long lease early and were told by the building manager that our only option was to do a 6 month buyout. We both asked her if there was another option since we were in our 2nd lease; she said no. I called HER manager and she said we can move out whenever, no penalties or buyout program. Could have cost us $3,000! It's the building manager's job to know this, so frustrating!
