Beautiful community with friendly staff.
Brighton Village is excellent. Weather you're moving in by yourself or with roommates. Weather you've lived on your own before or this is your first adventure of having your own place. The staff is very helpful, accommodating where they can be and most importantly professional and friendly. The building itself is in great condition, maintenance staff are great at their jobs and respond in a timely manner. The community is about what you expect. 99% of the people either keep to themselves or are a bit more sociable when they see you. Either way I have never had an interaction I left with a negative thought. Neighbors are rarely heard when you're in your apartment unless its the summer and during the afternoon when kids or family's are outside. The pool is a great thing if swimming is your thing. The best thing is the exercise room. While not a full blown gym it has enough machines for anyone who isn't a hardcore gym rat to get some exercise in. The location is great it is both near so many restaurants, a dentist, a cub foods, liquor stores, a game-stop, gas stations, pubs etc. while being out of the way enough you never truly notice. You're also not too far from many other places in NE Mpls, Roseville or parts of Saint Paul.
I just moved in on 12/5/16 and I really like the apartment because it is spacious. The pool and the gym is excellent for me. The location is awesome.
