What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About New Brighton

A number of lakes in area, malls, freeway is close. You can get to entertainment, Mall of America within 15 mins.

there is a large regional park 1 miles away with a beach and walking/bike trails. there are several restaurants.

Friendly, helpful and involved neighbors. Families with good kids. Low traffic due to dead end cul de sac.

Local bar nearby with great service. Been going in for food since I was a kid so they all know me and I know them. Also friendly neighbors all around.

*somethings I like are restaurants. *Starbucks. *friendly neighbors. *people being kind no matter what.

There are several good places to walk and lots of green space. It's very convenient to all types of stores and restaurants. We have a great park system and library.
