    I feel its a good place to live but they deny there are units available even though the website said 2 units available.

    Advertise all bills paid, but is not all inclusive. You are responsible for the majority of utilities, including Moorhead Public Works fees.

    I absolutely loved living at Timber Ridge, but Im really glad I didnt need anything fixed while I was living there. The move-out process was frustrating due to a big lack of response from our agent. The building was kept very clean, but given the experience at the end, Id have to imagine getting maintenance to visit would have been a nightmare.

    Great staff, management, and awesome place to live. Areas inside are always clean and well maintained, any concerns are addressed right away. The rent price is great and is a short walk to a nearby park or grocery store. Only downside is that the trains nearby are loud, so make sure your windows are closed or you'll be in for a scare as they blow right by the apartments (even at 3AM). However, we got used to it after a while to where we did not notice it unless the windows were open, and our daughter loved watching for the trains. Great place to live!

    Make sure to move your car every 72 hours or they will tow your car without warning. Management failed to give us this information (rules sheet, which isn't posted anywhere in the building) during our move in and tows can run $250 or more depending when you pickup your car. Every day after 5pm will cost an extra $75 dollars. We had to fight management to just pay half. This put a lot of distrust between us and management and hope future tenants don't have to go through the same situation.
