Quiet land several restaurants, a grocery store and other businesses located nearby. A park that is family friendly is 2 blocks away. A river can be seen behind my house.

I like that it's quiet need a car though to get anywhere close enough to anything I need so no need to leave town

Living on a frontage road we have a ditch lined with trees. We live just blocks from a large park, multiple restaurants, a gas station, and bike trails that lead to the state we're adjacent to

There's a small park by the river that's nice to go to. An outdoor DQ is within walking distance. There are several fast food restaurants.

its newer like being outside big yards quiet area. friendly neighbors. I like that its close to things although still have to drive to get places

I like that there is a lot to do for fun here. I also like that the college is in walking distance. I really like the red river park.
