My daughter recently moved into the knoll and absolutely loves it. Great location that is very close to dinky town and blocks away from campus.The amenities are fairly nice for a first time apartment owner and the staff is helpful.

Went to visit the knoll along with the Bridges while apartment hunting. Quite building in comparison to the Bridges (it is a bit smaller) but still awesome amenities and club rooms. A block closer to dinky town if that matters to you.

Definitely a top apartment complex in dinky town. Literally blocks away from everything you could want (food, concert venue, campus, etc.). Great amenities and affordable price for the location.

I absolutely love living here. Such a great building and my aparment (mason layout) is incredible. Great views and an even better location.
