Management is terrible- very unorganized, rude, and very difficult to work with on new or exisiting issues.

We love living here, but as a ground issue there are real issues with box elder bugs. From late fall to spring we find ~ 10-20 per day inside our apartment, and occasionally many more.

The staff at Stone Arch Apartments rarely follow up with emails or other requests brought up. Often times this requires multiple emails. There is no response when emails are sent about concerning things (no notification of staff entering apartment, staff working on the roof after 10pm, etc...)

My roof has been leaking for the past 5 months, and despite repeated complaints there has been no attempt to repair. They had contractors evaluate it about 3 months ago, but failed to act. Communications about is are non-existent. Management is cryptic and evasive when directly asked about it. Its like they are hiding something. All the things that could be positive about this place are overshadowed by water falling into my apartment.
