Living at Maplewood community apartments started off good but has progressively gone from bad to worse. Due to all the recent changes and lack of action, I would definitely not recommend living here. I am very glad my lease is ending soon.

From the tour to moving in, the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. Erin in the business office was awesome to deal with. She went over all my lease paperwork step by step. They're always there to answer my questions. If I report a maintenance issue, they are here the next business day and potentially the same day if it isn't too late in the day. My apartment got all new flooring before I moved in. I feel safe in the parking lot. It is quiet and clean place to live.
