If you are just moving in you are lucky to have the best manager I've had anywhere. Vanessa has improved the building and living conditions - a new roof, re-paved parking lot, new carpeting in the halls, and better relations between residents. She listens and is fair. If you have a problem, it is addressed. Jerry who maintains the building is just as good. He keeps the building and the grounds clean for everyone. I moved to be closer to my children. I will always appreciate the work done by both Vanessa and Jerry. They have my highest regard.

It's a nice enough place, but it's got problem house rules, and they're running it like a dry dock or half way house, no drinking, smoking, and the like. It's well kept up, the grounds and property are clean and nice at this residence. The rent money is reasonable, too. I'm looking forward to a new home again, soon. While I'm here, I'll enjoy! Thanks for the hospitality, nice home and house, we're grateful.
