New building, generally quiet. Underground parking.
Nice view to the north, although Co Rd D and 694 are somewhat loud. There is a nice small wetland near the property. Also very near running and biking trails.
Beautiful place but it is pretty upsetting that it is listed as a smoke-free property yet there are cigarette butts littered everywhere. We find them in the grass, in the parking lot, near the entryway, and unfortunately even by the nature area behind the buildings. People aren't supposed to smoke near the buildings but there is an older gentleman that smokes by the garage doors. Sometimes the elevators and hallways smell of smoke because of people who came in from smoking. I don't understand why the cigarette butts littered are ignored and why this place is called a smoke free community if people are allowed to smoke. It would be so much better if it actually was a smoke-free community or at least they were more strict about people littering their cigarettes.
Got a bug infestation outside that prevents you from using the balcony and starts creeping into your unit? Green initiatives keep us from using pesticides, try dish soap. Got noisy neighbors? We cant prohibit residents from living in their homes. Got a breaker that blows at least once a week that services the fridge and causes you to lose groceries? The breaker is fine. Move your old appliance thats plugged in (pretty sure my Alexa device is not the problem). Got a light switch gets warm to the touch when the light is on? We checked, theres nothing wrong. To top it off- how about a garage door that drops shut on the roof of your car? Theyve got one at this property. It might be my favorite amenity.
Tenants are not treated as people- theyre just checks to collect every month. The units are nice enough looking but theyre small and overpriced. Maintenance is a joke and management can be very rude. Look elsewhere.
