I am very disappointed that I sent an email to our management on Aug 20 concerning the very outrageous increase in my rent. I also called and left a message on Thursday and still no response. Truely would love to move if that's how I get treated spending what I do. I am supposed to have my lease choice returned in the next day....
The stay satisfaction would have been good but because the office staff/managers are almost always rude and unwilling to help the residents in anyway. I am rating my satisfaction as average.
The monthly rent increase (when renewing one's lease) is shocking. If the substantial monthly increase was coupled with decent apartment upgrades to warrant the amount of monthly rent paid, it would be more acceptable. Unfortunately, the apartments themselves have not been updated for what seems to be decades and are tired . The model unit has some great interior decorating (feature walls, etc.). However, when you walk in to your own apartment for the first time, you may be disappointed.
It's just fine but I don't think the two bedrooms are over 1300
Master Bathroom water pressure too low, No exhaust fans in the master bathroom (they say that it has central exhaust) but it hardly draws out any air leading to a lot of condensation in the bathroom post shower.
