Great place to be a resident of!! Needs are met promptly, staff show genuine concern and maintain high level of professionalism.
I have lived here for almost 4 years and it has been a great experience. The staff is very welcoming, the residence are respectful and the location is fantastic! I would recommend this to someone looking to relocate in the area.
My husband and I have been living at Montreal Courts for the last year and have had a great experience. We got married right out of college for me so I had no experience with apartment life only dorm life. He lived in two other apartment complexes before and has been super impressed with how Montreal is run.
The staff is super helpful and friendly.
Packages are delivered to the office so you have peace of mind that your mail is not left right outside of your door for hours.
Maintenance is on-site. We have put in a couple requests in the last year and everything has been fixed in a timely manner.
They just renovated their pool and it's a nice bonus to have not only a pool, but a new clean one.
There are lots of washers and dryers in the laundry room and we have never had an issue with not being able to do laundry - whether from the machines being full already or broken down.
There are only a few cons that I can think of. One is that our apartment was right next to the building entrance and despite signs, people liked to stand out on the steps and smoke (so we were not able to have our windows open very often). The second is that we have had to file a few noise complaints with the office and police (due to other people in our building having loud parties until 4 am and a drunken fight in the parking lot one night).
Day or middle of the night, the service techs are very helpful. Thanks for all you do. Tony
Better than it was before.
