One of the women in managment is in a bad mood all the time and when a was there there is too much water entering in the apartment when ice is melting,long history short no good for living,I have some pictures of rotten walls with black mold
Maintenance of the back buildings lack, patio wood is warped, paint peeling, does not appear to be stable. Housekeeping is a joke, the buildings are not kept up, carpeting in the halls and stairs are dirty, windows are dirty, spider webs all around the entrances. Parking ramps are not cleaned ( old leaves from last fall, trash, etc.) Maintenance staff are rude and treat you like you're an idiot. Office staff do not greet you when you walk in, give you blank stares when you had them your rent, and they have no way to pay rent online. The washer/dryer units are old and worn, they take quarters only, which is an inconvenience. Snow removal notices are always prompt and well relayed. If you get a visitor's parking pass make sure you return it ASAP or they charge you $25.00 and then will tow the vehicle if they see it on the property. The rent is reasonable, but the noise is crazy, you can literally hear your neighbor's peeing!
If you cant afford more rent for a better complex then this one will do, however you should be aware of the following. Apartments are old and dated. The toilets dont flush right, maintenance crew is rude and will treat you like youre stupid. The bathroom floor in the half bath is rotten but apparently theres nothing wrong with it. Trash on the ground, buildings not kept clean, old washers and dryers, cant pay rent via the internet have to pay via check. Parking ramp is never cleaned so leaves from the fall are still in there. Paint is peeling on the balconies and the wood is warped. They do post zones for snow removal so anybody who gets towed its their own fault. The pool is tiny and useless. The office staff seems nice, the neighbors however are loud and obnoxious. The apartments are very spacious.
Living here as been the worst year. Bugs. Hallow walls. Slamming doors. No parking, at all. Washer and dryer are always busted. Live here if u cant afford anywhere else. The buildings are old. I'd reccomend changing a budget around or working more to afford something better if possible..
The property management are extremely rude and unprofessional. They tow their own residents cars during the snow season instead of demolition the high priced one car garages to create more parking for plowing. They do not put salt down in the parking lot during the winter, hope you know how to ice skate. They raise the rent on established tenants to give deals to prospecting and new tenants. All while they have not used any of the rent money to update the buildings or apartments since the 70s. Pricing is good for the place but I would be very careful with renting here, they are not the nicest bunch of people who manage here, all they worry about is their check and thats it.
