The management is friendly and professional. The maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and timely. My town house is in excellent condition with new flooring and appliances. My neighbors are friendly and courteous. Overall, Twin Oaks is a wonderful place to live.

It is so nice to call for service and not have the office/maintenance staff go into hiding. The responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine desire to solve the problem is what made us happily renew our lease. We love living here at Deer Park.
