the apt I rent is great, the neighbours are quiet and I feel safe walking to my car no matter the time of day. The on site mgr and maintenance staff are always very accommodating and when I do request an issue or repair, I get swift answers and action!

The apartments are nice, newly renovated with a contemporary theme. Buildings are quite yet noise from units above can be very loud, you can hear footsteps, water running and conversations at times.

Love the interior of the apartment, always clean in the hall Not a fan of the parking, floor laundry is ok, no garbage disposal

Parking lot fills up, smoking right outside the door(which my window is right above) how can this be allowed?, snow removal not timely or effective.
