Stop scrolling here at Regency Woods. I lived here for 6+ years and absolutely loved it! The leasing staff was extremely friendly, maintenance work orders were fulfilled within 1-2 days. The views outside my Forest plus Den overlooked the Minnetonka trails & marsh which was a GREAT place to escape during quarantine:)
The apartments have everything you need from in unit washer/dryers, granite countertops & heated underground parking. Pretty easy to call this place home when neighbors & staff greet you with a smile every time! I truly mean it when I say the leasing office treats you like family!!
I love living at Regency Woods. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance is fantastic. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with acres of wetlands walking, running, and biking paths. Its located within walking distance to shops, restaurants the library and grocery stores, while being within 10 minutes of downtown. Its a hidden gem!
I was very happy how Nancy came yesterday to fix my maintenance issue which was my bathtub needed new caulking. She did an excellent job, she got it caulked in no time and the bathtub was perfectly clean afterwards, plus Nancy was very pleasant and personable.
There are many reasons to enjoy living at Regency Woods, the location couldn't be better...nature trail right behind the property, everything you need five minutes away and easy access to the highways. The grounds are park like and so beautiful and well kept , I love turning into the property when I return home. The apartments are spacious and updated. But what made me want to live here was the staff...Emily was my leasing agent, and was so warm and helpful that I felt very welcome here. Everyone in that office goes out of their way to offer their assistance. They are cheerful and accommodating and really try to solve any challenges that might arise. The maintenance staff has also been quick and kind and on call 24 hours a day.
