My family and I lived at Auburn Townhomes for over 10 years. My two kids grew up in there and we have many happy memories with our neighbors and community. Park Avenue of Wayzata oversees the maintenance at Auburn and have always been top-notch when it came to any repair requests we had. The staff in the rental office were friendly and knowledgeable each time we interacted. We highly recommend this property and neighborhood!

Lease Terms
12-Month, 13-Month, 14-Month, 15-Month
Lease Terms: 12-15 Months (winter). Application Fee $40 per adult. Prices and specials subject to change. We accept most pets (restrictions on aggressive breeds) under 80 pounds. For both cats and dogs we require a pet deposit/fee. We do not charge a monthly pet rent.
