Do not here. The entire apartment is rumbling from air hammers. This happened a couple of weeks ago as well. 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday I hear various disruptive construction noises. Living here has been a terrible experience. I inquired about the situation wondering when this will stop, I didn't receive a decent response. I received a threatening response from management. The rental company lists the apartment rental rate at a "market value" then gives a "concession" or discount on that rate. Apparently I would have to repay the monthly rental discount for the duration I've lived here. Beware of renting an apartment here. I never knew breaking a lease could cost over $6000.

There is remodeling going on throughout the building and it is very loud Monday through Friday. Additionally, my top floor unit has leaking windows. Management promised to replace both windows only to NOT do so for 8 months.
