I am a newer tenant, having moved into the Gateway Edina apartments just four months ago. My home is important to me and as a result, I am very selective. Factors that played into my decision to call Gateway Edina my home include: excellent location, pet friendly, quiet, homey and private feel, relatively newer building with a smaller number of units and located on a park with a biking/walking trail.
We have lived at the Edina Gateway for a couple of years now and we really enjoy living here. We chose this apartment because of location, convenience to the highways and mainly because it does not have that many units - which was a must for us when we were originally searching for apartments. Our neighbors are friendly and our unit is quite spacious, modern and all of our visitors say we have a nice place! Stephanie (the property manager) is very friendly and has been awesome to work with - she addresses our concerns quickly (if there is any). We really enjoy living here!
