Before new management took over this place was amazing. New management is very inconsiderate to residents. Maintenance requests were once completed right away. Now, you have to constantly hound management. They are very rude. The "updates" they have done and are still doing look hidious. We used to have 2 of the most beautiful pools and now we are down to one. The buildings are supposed to be secured, but are far from it. It was once always nice and clean in the building and now they maybe clean once a month. Kids sit in the garage and smoke weed, which is not cool when there are little kids around. Disguised by new management sums it up. I have nothing good to say anymore since they took over.
Management is running this formerly wonderful community into the ground. Long-term residents are fleeing. Privacy is not something you should expect here, as management frequently enters your apartment multiple times each month for 'inspections'.

Management/owner: (new management as of March 2017, review on 6/13/17) communication is poor, decision making seems off: several choices made that were not in the best interest of the complex Overall unit: renovated units not worth the extra charge. still have underlying issues Maintenance: the team is pretty good, but limited by the restrictions imposed on them. roundabout way to contact them though Overall Grounds: More or less nice for the most part but can become off-putting. All that said, the cost of the non-renovated units is VERY affordable and the location is VERY convenient.
