Bad Management- be aware of this place
Am a resident of this community from past 7 years(Eden Place) and a new Management came somewhere around Jan end / Feb Start of 2017 and changed the community name to Arrive at Eden Prairie and this new management does not care about the problem faced by residents and they don't take responsibility.
I am following up on below-mentioned points with this management from past 7 months - April 1st, 2017 and till date, they are not taking any responsibility and their intention is to loot money from the resident in one or the other way.
1. I stayed in 1BHK and while signing the lease i had paid $300 as a security deposit and as per the lease agreement they are supposed to refund me $150 when i vacated the appartment. This new management is not taking any responsibility and telling you will have to get that from old management (old management does not exist now). This shows that this management doesn't care what lease we signed and they dont have any intention to refund the security deposited. Here as a resident am losing $150.
2. Once I moved from 1BHK to 2BHK I again paid &300 as a security deposit and this new management is sending me notice that I have not paid that and they are showing that in the online portal as the due amount. I have even given then the photocopy proof of the bank check and they also have that in their records, still, this management is not acting to remove the due from my account. As per Lease agreement whenever I leave the current apartment I should get $150 security deposit back but this management will tell that I didnt pay initially. Here as a resident, I will lose &150. This shows that this management doesn't care and their intention is to just loot money from the resident in one or the other way.
3. As a resident, even after paying a huge amount as rent we dont get a good service and we have to adjust with everything here. we will wait for weeks and weeks to get something fixed.its like if they fix its a favour they do for us.
I am in agreement with the other reviews. I LOVED living in this community. We lived there for five years. Management was helpful and responsive. As soon as Trinity Management took over, EVERYTHING changed. We also had a problem with someone smoking pot in the garage and stairwells. At times it would even fill our apartment. Our bike lock was cut twice-the second time my husband's was stolen. Our oven was not working. We reported it in January or February and were told it would be replaced. We moved October 1 and it had still not been replaced. When it was above 90 degrees our air conditioner went out and we had a newborn. After four phone calls I finally had to go sit in their office until they dispatched someone to repair it. Our move out process was just as negligent. We placed SEVEN unanswered phone calls asking for our move out process. Finally we did our own video walk through and handed in our keys. I called three more times to give them our forwarding address-none were returned. I finally called one of their sister properties to ask for help. They were friendly and said that they submitted my address I and should be receiving our security deposit refund.
If I could rate them zero stars I would. I am just left shaking my head in disbelief over the nonexistent management. I would never recommend this community to anyone.
