It is not affordable!
The apartments are very bad, me and my family have found rats, bed bugs, and cockroaches. Now that there is a new management team they take forever to respond to you and fix the problem, it used to be very good but now its terrible. Now that they renewed everything and got a new management team, year by year the rent goes up a lot. They make the club house look nice and welcoming but one you are moved in its terrible. Wouldnt recommend. The Arrive apartments are no good anymore.
Horrible. Since new management the place has gone downhill. Don't be surprised when they try to raise rent over $400 a month when your lease is up. They've also had cockroaches in some of the apartments. Appliances are old and everything is cheap. My new blinds broke the day they were installed. There's holes in the screens that they just tape. Not impressed at all.
Such a great place for our family! The ammenities available give us endless activities to do daily!
Audrey and Ryan have been great managers and helped me resolve several maintenance issues.
