What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Duluth

There are a lot of hiking trails nearby. It is also very close to a college campus, and has several businesses nearby

It's a quiet friendly neighborhood close to restaurants and bars. Public transit is a block away and quite good

To the neighborhood park across the street. Playgrounds and tennis court. Also there's a gazebo for concerts.

my neighbors are so friendly and it's perfect for raising a kid.it's very easy to go for shopping because necessary shops are located nearby.

I have known all the kids on my street since I was little up until now that we're all grown and out of college. We have local restaurants nearby that we could ride our bikes to.

The people are very friendly. It's also a multiethnic group of people so everyone is pretty understanding.
