The Meadows
We currently do not have any openings at The Meadows" in Crookston, MN, but we are accepting tenants to be put on a wait list. (Our next opening is not anticipated until April) You will love these beautiful apartments as there was no shortcuts in the design. These apartments come standard with granite counter tops, central heat and air, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposals, high quality flooring, and sound resistant walls and floors/ceilings. Each unit comes with it's own garage stall as well! You will absolutely love "The Meadows"! Setup a tour of these wonderful apartments soon as they won't last long. Did I mention that we are pet friendly, and even have our own Dog Park!
Lease Terms
12-Month, 24-Month
While we try to be flexible with our leases, we are currently only accepting 12/24 month leases. If you are looking for anything different, please contact the office and discuss prior to applying. We are pet friendly and even have our own dog park! $50 Monthly Rent. $500 Non Refundable Pet Move-In Fee. We want to make sure your pet has enough room to live happily, so please contact the office to discuss size limits.
