Villa Del Coronado

This is a very peaceful place.

I've lived here in Villa Del Coronado for one year and just renewed my lease. I have nothing but excellent remarks across the board... Great, courteous and professional staff and the unit is value for the dollar. I seem very pleased and would recommend this property to anyone seeking an affordable accommodating experience. 5 STARS!!!

I have a love/hate relationship with this property. I love the residents - absolutely love them. It's mostly families, everyone is friendly and they look out for each other. The only problems with the residents is that some of them are untidy and there's litter around - however, management has been seeing people from outside the complexes throwing their garbage in the dumpsters and eventually they overflow and cause waste problems. The part I don't like is the property upkeep. The complex IS under new management and I recognize they have a lot of backlog of maintenance orders to go through due to the negligence of the previous management. But still... I should be able to be proud of where I live. The hall carpets are so shabby and stained and yucky I'm embarrassed to bring people over, and in my building alone I counted at least 31 lightbulbs in the common areas that needed to be replaced, not to mention those in the large fixture I couldn't see inside. So to sum up, nice people, property is relatively affordable, poor upkeep.
