Price can be kind of higher but you do get a lot. Indoor pool and spa area, gym, two outdoor pools and much more. Yes you can hear traffic noise but not that bad. I mean the name is 610 west!
A studio is not really a studio it has a separate bedroom with 3 full walls and one that is not a full wall but high enough so no one can see over it.
Maintenance is on top of it and it is nice not to have to worry about the little things like snow removal and lawn maintenance.
Have been living here 2.5 months haven't seen any dog poop in the hallways maybe because now 610 West has testing for this?

While the apartments are nice, management doesn't enforce basic noise policies. Nearly every weekday since I've moved in, I have a neighbor's dog bark from 8AM to 5PM, every 5 or so minutes. I've woken up countless times to it, and the other night it was barking from 10PM until 5:30 AM.
I've logged the barking for nearly 20 of those days, recorded it 3 times, reported it to concierge 5 times. Every response management gives ends with some sort of "we'll have a conversation with them about it" and "there are a lot of steps we need to take before we can resolve this", but no actual resolution. Not being able to escape the noise for 5 months has me deeply, deeply regretting moving here.
I wasn't living at 610 when the old manager was here. However I can say I do believe the new management is doing their best. To address all and any issues.
Every time I have had a maintenance request it has been taken care off in a timely manner. You may have to wait a a while. Depending if the issue is urgent or not. However that is understandable. The urgent issues need and should be taken care off first.
The residents are cleaned on a daily basis. I have commercial cleaned before. You can clean an area and within an hour or two. It can look like it has never been cleaned.
Can I hear people in the hallway, can I hear doors open and close, can I hear the people above me and a dog bark from time to time yes. However that is community living. I have never been awakened because of any of it.

We haven't had a lot of snow this year. Every time it has snowed. The sidewalks and parking areas have been cleared in a timely manner.
I looked for three months before I decided on this place. For what you get the price it right on!
Now that I will be working less. I hope I can attend some of the activities 610 West puts on for the residents!
Extremely overpriced for what you get. Property management fails to take complaints seriously. While a dog friendly place, be careful of dog poop everywhere, including in the apartment hallways. While they advertise as smoke-free, people are smoking everywhere and the place is littered with cigarette butts. There is literally no parking and snow removal during the winter is lacking. Fellow residents fail to follow rules and management does nothing to enforce them. They will tell you walls are insulated between units, but thats hardly the case. Impossible to get attention to issues outside of business hours, especially on weekends. Many unhappy residents who are doing the one and done lease. Dont waste your money!
Beautiful community! The office staff is genuine, welcoming and professional. The amenities are amazing! We LOVE using the club house and 24 hour gym. Very friendly community and pet friendly with a huge dog park!
