Excellent management and maintenance! Any problems they were on it. I'd recommend this place!
I have lived here for 8 years. I enjoy it very much. I have a third floor one bedroom apartment. The living room has a big window that lets a lot of light in- and my cat loves it. No real issues, normal maintenance things, like a slow drain, that they fixed the same day. I enjoy the upgrades they have done around the property. New hall carpet, new washer and dryer's, I even got new counter tops a couple years back. I do plan to buy a house soon and just wanted to express my gratitude to the management and maintenance for making these 8 years memorable and providing a home for myself. Planting beautiful flowers in the summer, having the halls clean and smelling good, and being so friendly and kind. I will recommend Willows on France to my friends and highly recommend anyone reading this to go check it out.
I have been living here for over 7 years! All of the upgrades they have been doing have really improved the area. Rent did go up again this year.... but still very reasonable for what you get! I live on the first floor and rarely hear the kids upstairs. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner. And the office ladies are amazing! Cant wait to sign my next lease.... oh, and for the pool to open up!!
Where do I even begin...
I wouldn't recommend Willows on France to my worst enemy, or for that matter rent with any Equimax controlled property.
I have too many things I could say so I am going to try to sum it up with a few main points:
-Bugs: spiders, roaches, and ants, OH MY!
-Disrespectful and inconsiderate tenants/"neighbors"
*3 Amazon packages stollen within a week from inside secured entrance totaling $80+
*throw food and garbage in the hall and outside
*smoking on entrance's steps
-Mess/Gross: apartment was filthy when I moved in, protruding nails in walls were painted over instead of removed, splashed paint on new cabinets and floors, brown stained bathtub and tile, inside halls and outside areas are littered with garbage thrown on the ground by tenants from their cars, poorly maintained (filthy) laundry room, cigarette butt containers are regularly dumped onto the ground directly in front of the entrances.
Management: highly unprofessional, horrible at enforcing community guidelines, bad at getting the super angled parking lots plowed so peoples' cars get stuck and spots are made unusable.
0/10 would never recommend
I feel like this was a bait price because they are raising my rent by $110 after only 10 months. And for all the noise I live with from the noisy upstairs and the lady downstairs screaming help me or over 40 min at times. the bathroom fans are so loud i can hear both neighbors. The heat is bearly turned on i had to use a space heater all winter. only warm when i cooked so i cooked alot and i am a terrible cook. The hallways are smoky from secondhand smoke. the clubhouse is too close to the mgmt office and the tiny gym. Not worth the upgraded demanding price. They painted over everything even the hanger pole (Stupid). wont let u hang curtains (the blinds provided moves too much when the fan blows). in the summer i caught over 40 lady bugs dont know how they got in. this extra rent is gonna break me.
