20 lb restriction on dogs? 20 lbs is not a dog, that's a cat that barks.

I lived here for over a year. Always getting the run around. Even took almost all of my deposit to replace the stove from burns. hahah $409 to be exact. I feel burns on a stove should be under normal wear and tear, but I guess not. Long story short as long as they have you in a lease they could care a less how happy or satisfied you are. Find a better property to rent from

We have been resident since the end of October. Everything seemed fine even the poor quality of furniture didn't bother but couple of accident have shown carelessness of management company.Recently I had an incident with my bicycle which was stolen from the bicycle storage room. This room has been guaranteed safe with cameras in and out of the room as well as lockers that only accept residents keys. I appreciate that leasing team contacted police but it has been more than a month than I was without a resolution. And the company didnt take responsibility for that even that it has happened in the property.

We have been resident's since 05/21/16. The 2 BR apartment home is beautiful with 10 ft ceilings, 24 inch white marble/tile floors, and upgraded GE appliances throughout the home. Leasing staff is great. Have no plans of leaving this beautiful residence.

We moved in at the end of October, 2016. The building was under construction so we were unable to look around, that wasn't too alarming, we were told it was for safety reasons. We were shown pictures of the projected fitness center and pool designs and were told it would all be finished January 1st of 2017- so we signed our year lease. It is currently September 2017 and so far just the concrete path in the courtyard has been poured. NO pool, NO gym, NO grass, NO dog run, NO community room, still have to pay for amenities so they let you have a free membership at lifetime down the block. Mickey Mouse craftsmanship inside unit, management has POOR response time and stops in to your unit unannounced and leaves without notifying you that they were even inside YOUR HOME. Hands down the most disappointing, infuriating and embarrassing place I have ever paid 1,400 to live in. Moved in for the "pools" and ended up with a dirt pile and empty promises. Looks to me like this place ran out of money and can't finish what they started. I have dozens of pictures to prove it. Stop in to see for yourself, just don't be fooled by the lies.
