What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Apple Valley

We have great schools. Great prelate, elementary, and high schools. We also have some fun bars and restaurants located a few miles away.

My neighborhood is unique to its history. The houses are very old. My favorite local businesses are those downtown which is about 10 minutes drive.

Good restaurants are less than a mile away and it's a 20 minute drive to the beach. There is a great market close by too.

Close to stores and eating facilities. There stores and a library within walking distance and trees line the walkway. I lile that there are playgrounds for kils and adults.

My house backs up to a park so the back yard is more private. Shopping and restaurants are a couple miles away (long walk), but once you're there, a lot is within walking distance.

Other than the main high way near me, the neighbor hood is good and there is lots of restrants and store around to walk or ride a bike to. Have a nice down town with lots of stores, coffee shops and bars and restrants and water front with a piere
