The new ownership is great! The old management team staid on with them and been doing a lot better. No more Beal. I like Jesse he is nice to tenants and will actually help!

Do not rent. I have been living at this place for over 3 years. I have always had meemic rental insurance. They charged me $150 once for their insurance. I talked to the office manager at the time, he waived the fee. Then he hot fired. They started charging me again. After hundreds of emails explaining the insurance company with no phone number that I already have rental insurance with meemic a partial fee was waived. Now the new assistant manager keeps sending me emails saying that I owe $36. I just can't describe how disorganized the place has been since beal property bought the place. Please save yoursefl the trouble find somewhere else to live.

Noise complaints ignored I never got any sleep my 2 years living there mice infestation I would here the mice squeeking stuck on mice trap under my stove a whole weekend this happened twice I even called the health department I could have withheld my rent and after asking 3 different staff for a walk through upon moving no one contacted me yet they didn't return my deposit faulting me for damages I didn't do. Don't move here, if you enjoy a peace of mind.

I love it it was real nice

The apartment looks nice when you first walk in. I have been here a week and I have already had to deal with broken windows,plumbing problems, no parking, spiders, stink bugs, and BED BUGS!!! The apartment said they would treat it but would not replace my furniture or give me a discount on rent since I was only here for 7 days and would have to buy whole new furniture. They woman in the office Angelica was rude and got smart every time I talked to her about the bed bug situation. She even made it seem like it was my fault. The office would not give me their corporate number to talk to the owner or management and basically told me I can't have any of MY money back that I paid other than $450 of my deposit. All around I would not recommend these apartment to anyone. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE IT IS NOT WORTH IT! MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I am overall pleased with my residency at Village Grove. I have resided here for 11 months now. I am pleased with the office staff very helpful and for the most part quick to resolve any maintaneance issues. I enjoy the fact that there is a neighborhood meeting every week to keep in tune with whats going on around us, neighborhood stays clean, would like to see more for the children to do like build a playground
