Had mold and mice in my apartment. I have lived in 3 apartment complexes and this will be my 4th. They have all been great until this one. Management nickels and dimes you every chance they get. They charge you a fee for using their online rent payment system (in order to pay them rent, you need to pay them a fee!). I tried to pay with a check to avoid the monthly fee and they said they only accept online transfers. I move out this Sunday and I am sure they will try to charge me for something. Management is very unwilling to negotiate any (of the many) fees. It seems as if management hopes they can nail you with more fees. Their soft credit check during application turned out to be a hard inquiry. Upstairs neighbors were loud and got evicted, which was nice, but it tells you something about the community. There are many small things that add up when you live here. To wash and dry your clothes is $3 (I can swallow that). The dryers are old and cant dry a medium size load so you have to pay more to have two dry cycles and your clothes still come out damp. Its constantly a headache and I cant wait until Monday morning!

WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE! There are so many dogs at this complex and very few people pick up the dog poop. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. Management will give you five different answers for the same question. Was charged nearly $1,000 on moving out for bogus repairs. Worst apartment experience I have ever had.
The Pines is the best! I love living here, and have been here now for almost 8 years. Pros:-The office staff, very courteous, responsive, and caring! The team they have is phenomenal! -Good rental rates! The folks who are complaining in the previous reviews either a) haven't read their lease before signing or b) don't understand the cost of living in apartments.-The area, love the location it's close to the major important things like groceries, restaurants, movies, etc.-Pet friendly! There are breed restrictions but that is normal for everywhere, and they are accommodating for most desired breeds anyway.- Great amenities! They have two large pools, 24 hour fitness center, and laundry lounge that is awesome to hang out and browse the WiFi while waiting for your clothes to be done.Cons:- That I couldn't stay longer! Work has required me to move out of state, but again I must say it has been a fantastic time here at the Pines!- The indoor outdoor pool is only open during business hours for the winter time, but it should be open longer soon!
Never got back to me!
