The apartments are spacious, well maintained, and safe. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and have great walking paths, picnic spots, and places to relax outside. What really sets The LakeShore apart are the amenities. I enjoy attending the many social programs and fitness classes. The staff are not only friendly and helpful but are also fun and energetic. I have interacted with many staff, and they have all gone above and beyond for me and my roommate. All this for such an affordable cost!

I want to applaud the maintenance and grounds crew. they keep the walk ways and parking areas clear. Even on Sunday morning as I am heading to church early, they have already cleared the path. Thank you. My husband and I are very comfortable here. Everyone we have encountered at the main office have been outstanding in performance and taking care of any requests we may have. We look forward to the next year.

Beautiful place maintenance is always quick and professional. Only complaint is wiring in walls for cable and internet is outdated and is only available in dining room. Other than that is a great place to live

Kind of expensive for high crime area. Amenities are great. But I need something closer to work.
