Leasing Office Staff Are Very Responsive To Needs, And Also Very Friendly. Apartments Are Well Maintained, And Offer Nice Amenities. It Is A Very Nice Community To Be Part Of!

The Staff Is Friendly And Responsive. Work Orders Are Generally Taken Care Of Within A Day Or Two. The Community Is Well-Kept Throughout The Year: Lawns Are Frequently Mowed In The Summertime And The Sidewalks Are Salted Thoroughly In The Winter. Only Complaint Would Be The Thin Walls. I Can Frequently Hear The People Living Upstairs.

I have been a resident of Arbor Knoll for nearly three years and have been extremely happy here. The staff consistently go over and above my expectations (serve breakfast during Resident Appreciation week, pool parties, holiday parties...) and are always on top of maintenance issues. The grounds are beautifully kept and I've been impressed with their ongoing improvements. All of the staff are extremely friendly and have always provided a very high level of customer service to me. I'm delighted to be a resident.

I have been living in Arbor Knoll for over 2 years now and I have been very impressed with the response time of any problem that I have had with anything in my apartment. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful too. I would recommend this complex, it has been a very nice place to live.

When I moved into a one bedroom two years ago my rating would have been excellent. But since moving into a two bedroom unit, I am dissatisfied with the new building location as well as with the refrigerator (very noisy). The dumpster sits in the parking lot rather than in it's designated area and looks terrible. Also, I am very unhappy that my rent increases every year despite my positive resident history at Arbor Knoll.
