As close to home as you could possibly expect from apartment living. The tennis courts, pools, both indoor and outdoor, the gym, the exercise area, as well as the instructors are like country club living! The maintenance staff is second to to other place that I have ever lived!! Totally the best all around place to live for folks that are young as well as people like myself, a retiree. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that cares to ask for my input. Keep up the good work.
Ramblewood South is a comfortable and cozy place to live. The woods setting is wonderful to come home to everyday, and if you enjoy long nature trails, they run right behind the complex. My dog loves that, too! My apartment was extremely clean and freshly pained upon moving in. I don't want to leave!
My freaking leaving roof collapsed on me and made me move o a cottage with out my dog for 4 days while my pup had to stay. Later on charge me because my dog pooped in my apt during those 4 days and blame me for neglect when they were the ones to move me from my home. And when I confronted them about the roof I said I could have been seriously injured and she literally her words replied in SHOULD OF WOULD OF COULD OF... I can't wait for my lease to be over
Please do not rent from here unless you enjoy loud pipes, smelling pot, SPIDERS, lousy lawn care, bugs, and I could go on and on with the list. Also, they charge you for parking 10.00 and if you use the fitness center and decide to bring a guest to use the pool and the guest is over 16 they have to pay 15 bucks to use the pool. If you want to use the tennis courts you have to pay 12 bucks an hour member or not. Also, the clubhouse is absolutely disgusting and you also have to pay for guest to use. The hours are only 1-7 Tuesday through Saturday and they are closed Sundays and Mondays so you basically can't use it. The outdoor sitting area at the clubhouse has tables falling apart and the grounds are not kept up. Neighbors are loud. You have to pay with a credit card to do laundry and it's 3.00 a load and if you try to use quarters it takes them. Please stay clear of this place.
The Leasing experience was much easier than i ever thought it would be! The leasing staff was always available to answer any questions I had, so i was completely comfortable with the whole process.
