Neighbors are so loud and don't care if they want to party all night. People get too many chances and know this place needs their money. They get away with whatever they want. No respect for neighbors at all.would never live here again.

This place i horrible. STAY AWAY. I havent had HOT WATER in 4 days. Liz doesnt care to fix it either. How are we supposed to wash dishes, take showers and run our dishwasher? This is insane. The whole staff is disrespectful.

Terrible place walls super thin . Everyone has there tv blasting to overcome there neighbors tv . Can here every conversation threw the walls every step cheap sound proofing never again worst experience of my life ..

By far, this has been the worst apartment experience of my life. And I lived in college housing (That should should tell you something). The apartment quality itself is poor. One I moved in, they had me sign the lease the day of moving in, so I couldn't get the lease in advance. Second thing is when they gave me the keys to move in, they key didn't even unlock my apartment. I had to wait an hour and a half for the maintenance guy to come give me the proper key. I did a quick inspection of the apartment and everything seemed fine. However, about a week into living here, I noticed the carpet had a weird texture. So I vaccumed the carpet and a TON of dry wall dust came out of the carpet. After that, I started noticing the terrible paint work and thin walls. That was just my first few weeks of living here. The tenants in the apartment are TERRIBLE. The combination of thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors is the worst! I've had neighbors blasting music at 1 AM, even after asking them to turn it down. I've heard multiple complains from other tenants about sketchy things that happen around the complex. Not 100% certain, but I think there is some "street entrepreneurs" if you catch my drift. The staff it self is below par. They are not very friendly or helpful. Things do not get done around the apartment. If you ever hear the stories of housing flipping and all the troubles that go with it, that is this place in apartment form. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, don't let them trick you because you will regret it!
