Orleans Place

Our building used to be quiet and pretty friendly. The new neighbors have ruined it. Loud parties on weekday nights. A constant stream of random people in and out at different times of the night. There are cigarette butts all over the grass/bushes. There was even puke all over the front lawn. Several of us have made multiple complaints to management. I've even tried knocking on this neighbor's door during a party, but they didnt answer. Another neighbor mentioned that she had addressed their littering, as well. Either management is not handling it or these neighbors just don't care. Regardless, it's disappointing all around.

I've had to call several times about the same issue over a span of two years before something was finally done. Terrible job painting and carpeting upon move-in. Carpet has worn out after 2 years and little spikes poke my feet when I walk. I live in an updated apartment and everything was put together poorly. Laundry room is extremely dirty especially the washer. The inside flaps of the washer are filled with dirt and mud and have been for the last 2 years.

I have been living here for almost a year and I don't have any complaints about it! Management and maintenance is always prompt when getting issues fixed. The grounds are kept very nice and neat. For the price of the apartments I am very pleased with this complex!

No manager in the office, which is a huge inconvenience. Emails to manager are rarely ever answered. My interactions with Kaylin leave a lot to be desired as I find her to be rude.

Friendly, helpful, maintenance is fast

Response time is slow to resolve issues..turnover in maintenance men is too high..our great crew of maintenance is always transferred to different sites leaving our site to lower standards we have not experienced...
