One of the worst places you could ever live. I can prove it. awful service and a derelict place. You will never be happy for the money you spend. The sound of the train never ceases, the train passes you wait for hours, And 0 service you will get in return. After you exit, they take money from your deposit anyway. Worst place I've ever lived.

My husband and I have lived at Marsh Creek Village Apartment in Woodhaven for 3 years. The staff and maintenance (Kimberly, Tristan, and Greg) is Always Nice and on the spot Attentive. My husband and I are seniors, and quietness is important to us. Thank God we get quiet. We do not live in a noisy community. Thank You for that, and the Speedy service you give us.

As a fairly new renter I am very disappointed,while understanding,that the pool and fitness center are closed.They were part of the allure for me to move in,and part of the reason I didn't mind paying topdollar.i believe you get what you pay for,and if you dont, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

The hardwood floors are fake, if you get a 2nd story apartment you cant have a BBQ grill, they are advertising one price but charging a different price, if your not moved in by March 15th the rent goes up over $100 a month to move in April 1st. Supply and demand they say. I think its a bunch of crap if you ask me

Can't say enough great things to say about this place. Came in a stranger and leaving like family. God bless Saron Kim Daris and all the staff at marsh creek. Love them all. Couldn't of rented a better place.

This property is bad. You pay over 1200.00 in rent they dont tell you that you will pay almost 300.00 in dte. They will not fix anything in your apartment. They apartment manager and staff is rude. I cant wait until my lease is up
